I want everyone to know in advance of a change coming to application support. Beginning Tuesday September 4th, I will be handing most of the day to day application support duties off to MaxGiving's application support group. They have been steadily learning Auction-Tracker and will be ready to take on your support calls.
How will this work... The MaxGiving support group will be your primary contact for support. If they are unable to help you, I will be there to back them up as next tier support. They will let me know when my expertise is needed.
Please, know this. If for some reason you feel you are not receiving the level of support you feel you should receive, let me know right away so I can use the issue as a teaching moment. You will always be able to reach me at email@example.com if something comes up.
I am personally taking a backseat to the public side of the business and moving on to continue my work with software development projects, handling technical issues and filling contracts for the corporation. Please remember that I have sold Northwest Software to MaxGiving and I will be leaving the company by 12/31/20. If you have any questions of me personally, please feel free to call me.
